No. 142-19 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:17 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit,to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 142-19, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 142-19, introduced by Committee Chair Susan L.K. Lee Loy by request of the <br /> Administration, and transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Danny Patel via <br /> Communication No. 239, dated April 11, 2019, accepts the dedication of Lot 2-B, identified as <br /> TMK No. (3) 2-2-036:042 (Por.), situated at Waiakea, District of South Hilo, Hawai`i, from <br /> CHEDHOLD LLC, a Hawai`i Limited Liability Company. CHEDHOLD intended to dedicate <br /> the aforementioned roadway and all improvements thereon to the County for roadway purposes. <br /> Before the discussion began, Committee Chair Sue Lee Loy relinquished the role of presiding <br /> officer to Vice Chair Matt Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder. <br /> Committee Member Lee Loy said the resolution came by request of the Administration and that <br /> Public Works Director David Yamamoto was present in Hilo to answer any questions that <br /> Committee Members may have.
