COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />183 -19 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO ASSIST WITH THE EXPENSE OF INSTALLING <br />COVERED DUGOUTS AT KURTISTOWN PARK. <br />WHEREAS, Kurtistown Park is located in Kurtistown in the District of Puna on Hawaii <br />Island and is utilized for various sports and activities; and <br />WHEREAS, there is an ongoing effort to improve the facilities at Kurtistown Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has identified the need for covered <br />dugouts that will provide much-needed shade and protection for the citizens who utilize the park; <br />now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of <br />Parks and Recreation to assist with the expense of installing covered dugouts at Kurtistown Park. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief $2,000 <br />CREDITED TO: Department of Parks and Recreation <br />010.801.5801.33 Trans to Cap Proj Fund - G $2,000 <br />341 Misc. Charges <br />(Council Discretionary Projects — District 5 <br />Kurtistown Dugouts 110.588.55889.31) <br />
