proposed covenant(s) shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br /> approval prior to recordation with the State of Hawai`i Bureau of Conveyances, <br /> with a copy of the recorded document to be filed with the Planning Department <br /> along with the subdivision application. <br /> G. Prior to Final Subdivision Approval, the applicants shall cancel the Additional <br /> Farm Dwelling Agreement (FDA-08-000231) recorded on December 8, 2008. <br /> H. Final Subdivision Approval shall be secured within five (5) years from the <br /> effective date of this ordinance. No variance from the minimum water and road <br /> requirements in Hawaii County Code Chapter 23 and 25 shall be granted to <br /> subdivide the property. <br /> The plat submitted for subdivision approval shall show the existing County water <br /> meter locations with the meter numbers. Should the existing water meters or <br /> service laterals not front the parcels that they will serve, they will need to be <br /> relocated to comply with Department of Water Supply(DWS) Rules and <br /> Regulations. <br /> J. Prior to receipt of Final Subdivision Approval, the applicants shall execute an <br /> Elevation Agreement with the Department of Water Supply due to one of the <br /> proposed lots being located at an elevation where the DWS cannot provide <br /> adequate water pressure. <br /> K. All development generated runoff shall be disposed of on site and not be directed <br /> toward any adjacent properties. A drainage study prepared by a civil engineer <br /> licensed in the State of Hawai`i shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Department of Public Works, and any recommended drainage improvements, if <br /> -5- <br />
