IL93 19 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES <br />INCURRED AT THE 2019 YOUTH FOOTBALL CLINIC AT THE OLD AIRPORT <br />FIELD IN WEST HAWAII. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides recreational opportunities <br />for youths participating in organized sports programs tend to achieve higher results in school, <br />develop excellent interpersonal skills, and lead healthier lives; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation and the Hawaii Pop Warner <br />Association is co -sponsoring a Youth Football Clinic in West Hawaii on June 11, 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, directing the clinic will be the football coaching staff from the University <br />of Hawaii; and <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting reimbursement for <br />lodging, airfare, water, and miscellaneous expenses associated with the 2019 Youth Football <br />Clinic; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br />Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to Department of Parks <br />and Recreation for reimbursement for expenses incurred at the 2019 Youth Football Clinic at the <br />Old Airport Field in West Hawaii. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br />transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,466 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5503.02 Department of Parks and Recreation <br />P&R Admin OCE <br />115 Misc.
