This additional appropriation will be funded by The State of Hawaii, Hawaii <br /> Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC). <br /> Due to the urgency of addressing homelessness issues, the Office of the Mayor requests that a <br /> breach be authorized to submit this bill after the June 19, 2019 submission deadline, and to waive <br /> it from the Finance Committee in order for it to be placed on the July 9, 2019 Council agenda.
