JMZY^os M,1Y ''. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> r•. <br /> 214 19 <br /> �rE us•H�:e <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION, RECREATION DIVISION FOR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, <br /> SPECIAL EVENTS, AND MISCELLANEOUS SUPPLIES AND EXPENSES IN <br /> DISTRICT 1. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division provides a <br /> diversified recreation program that addresses the needs and interests of the respective <br /> communities in a safe environment with zero tolerance for illegal drugs and violence; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division requests <br /> funds for District 1's recreational activities, special events, and miscellaneous supplies and <br /> expenses; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division for recreational activities, special events, and <br /> miscellaneous supplies and expenses in District 1. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $7,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $7,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $7,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> 341 Misc.
