No. 335/Res.No. 204-19 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:02 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Mass Transit, to which was referred Resolution <br /> No. 204-19, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 204-19, introduced by Committee Chair Susan L.K. Lee Loy by request of the <br /> Administration, accepts the dedication of Mamaka Street (Ola Hou Estates, Units 1 and 2) and <br /> `Ohi`ohi Street(Ola Hou Estates,Unit 2,North and South Sections), affecting TMK <br /> No. (3) 1-6-153:036, situated at Kea`au, District of Puna, Island and County of Hawaii, State of <br /> Hawaii, from Graphic Images Hawaii, Inc., a Hawaii corporation. <br /> Roland Higashi,president of Graphic Images Hawaii, and partner Laurie Higashi, were invited <br /> to come forward. Mr. Higashi noted the resolution calls for the dedication of several streets, built <br /> to county standards, for a subdivision in Kea`au. He said the roads have been inspected and <br /> approved by the Department of Public Works, and he asked for your Committee's consideration. <br /> Chair Lee Loy affirmed Mr. Higashi's statements regarding the road dedication and approval by <br /> the Department of Public Works.
