The total estimated cost of the <br /> project is between$3,500,000 - $5,000,000. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will be covering <br /> 80% of that cost. <br /> The Department of Public Works requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and <br /> be placed on the September 18, 2019 Council agenda.
