This agreement is for the establishment and operation of a local <br /> project under the AmeriCorps Volunteers in Service to America(VISTA)program. <br /> The Department of Research and Development requests that a breach be authorized to <br /> submit this resolution after the August 29, 2019 submission deadline, that it be waived <br /> from the Finance Committee and be placed on the September 18, 2019 Council agenda, <br /> and that the Council waive their five-day hold-for-reconsideration period in order to <br /> expedite this transaction. <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to call Diane Ley.of the Department of <br /> Research and Development at 961-8368. <br /> Deanna S.
