't';\,'Av}- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> +•aniT� • <br /> f:.�. <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 31.8 S� <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO REIMBURSE THE OFFICE OF THE <br /> PROSECUTING ATTORNEY FOR EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH EDUCATIONAL <br /> SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION WORKSHOPS HELD IN SEPTEMBER 2019. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is coordinating systems of substance <br /> abuse prevention in Hawai`i County by providing youth workshops that were held on September <br /> 9-10, 2019 in East Hawai`i and on September 12-13, 2019 in West Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has requested financial assistance to <br /> pay for meals for students attending Educational Substance Abuse Prevention Workshops; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is to build the <br /> capacity to enhance juvenile substance abuse prevention systems and educational opportunities <br /> to improve the quality of life; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney for reimbursement of expenses for its Educational Substance Abuse <br /> Prevention Workshops in September, 2019. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $200 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $200 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $200 <br /> Prosecuting Atty OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
