'N,�Voip4•. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII f• '-;::',! •- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ••art Of Mf`. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 319 19 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO THE OFFICE OF THE PROSECUTING <br /> ATTORNEY FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES RELATED TO THE 2019 <br /> STUDENT LEADERSHIP SUMMIT. <br /> WHEREAS, the 2019 Student Leadership Summit is a facilitation of student leadership <br /> workshop designed to bring together leadership groups of students to plan and implement <br /> activities and events that will develop a more positive school climate; and <br /> WHEREAS, one of the goals of the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is to encourage <br /> and promote crime prevention and early intervention initiatives to improve the quality of life on <br /> the Big Island; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has requested a reimbursement of <br /> expenses related to youth lunches for the 2019 Student Leadership Summit that is scheduled for <br /> September 13, 2019; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney to provide reimbursement of expenses related to the 2019 Student <br /> Leadership Summit. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $200 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $200 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Office of the Prosecuting Attorney $200 <br /> Pros.
