The <br /> program will establish a Financial Empowerment Center(FEC) model on Hawaii Island. <br /> The Financial Empowerment Center(FEC)model will provide free, one-on-one <br /> professional financial counseling and other related services and resources to Hawai`i <br /> County residents <br /> Enclosed is a resolution accepting this grant award.
