No. 349-19 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:04 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 349-19, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 349-19, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 525 <br /> dated September 27, 2019, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one <br /> fiscal year for a multi-year lease of a forklift for the Department Environmental Management. <br /> This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate <br /> monthly cost of$1,005.
