J�tV os k.., <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 371 19 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS AT THE <br /> HAWAII FIRE DEPARTMENT'S KAILUA FIRE STATION. <br /> WHEREAS, the mission of the Hawai`i Fire Department is to provide exceptional <br /> emergency services to residents and visitors of Hawai`i County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawai`i Fire Department supports the well-being of its fire fighters on <br /> duty at fire stations by providing and maintaining air cooling systems for comfort; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawai`i Fire Department is requesting funds to repair the air- <br /> conditioning unit at the Kailua Fire Station in North Kona; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Hawai`i Fire <br /> Department for repair of the air conditioning unit at the Kailua Fire Station. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $1,780 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $1,780 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.221.5221.02 Hawai`i Fire Department $1,780 <br /> Fire Protection OCE <br /> 109 Eqpt Repairs & Maint <br /> (Hawai`i Fire Department - <br /> Equipment Repairs & Maintenance) <br />
