Rodriizues) (Area: 45.800 sa. ft.) <br />The Windward Planning Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for this <br />amendment, which will allow a five-year time extension to comply with Condition D <br />(Time to Complete Construction) and Condition F (Future Road Widening). The <br />applicant is requesting to construct a veterinary clinic with 25 parking stalls, as well as <br />two other buildings for commercial office and warehouse space.
