Mr.Okudara said draft bills needed to be <br /> ready by now and said he's like to review what we have.President Manahan said HSAC <br /> has some recycled legislation, but whatever itis,it has been unsuccessful. He wanted to <br /> scrap everything and start fresh. He said HSAC needed a better working relationship <br /> with legislators.
