Lee Loy, Coun --40 == iw <br /> SUBJECT: Report of attendance at the :. - ocused Worksho is on proposed County <br /> amendments to the State's adoption of the 2015 International Energy <br /> Conservation Code on October 28-29, 2019. <br /> Pursuant to subsection(e) of HRS Section 92-2.51, I report the attendance of myself and Council <br /> Member Matt Kaneali`i-Kleinfelder at a Topic-Focused Workshop on proposed County <br /> amendments to the State's adoption of the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code, hosted <br /> by the Department of Public Works, on October 28, 2019, at the Aupuni Center Conference <br /> Room. <br /> I also report the attendance of myself, Council Member Karen Eoff, and Council Member Maile <br /> David at a Topic-Focused Workshop on the same subject on October 29, 2019, at the Council <br /> Chamber of the West Hawai`i Civic Center. <br /> Please place this item on the agenda of the next available Council meeting. <br /> SL:ps <br /> 1 (e) Two or more members of a board, but less than the number of members which would <br /> constitute a quorum for the board, may attend an informational meeting or presentation on matters <br /> relating to official board business, including a meeting of another entity, legislative hearing, <br /> convention, seminar, or community meeting; provided that the meeting or presentation is not <br /> specifically and exclusively organized for or directed toward members of the board.
