Mr. Quartararo <br /> holds a Bachelor degree in political science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. <br /> Approximately six years ago he moved to Hawaii and is currently volunteering as a mediator <br /> with the West Hawaii Mediation Center. <br /> Mr. Quartararo is honored to serve, and gave thanks to the Council for the opportunity. <br /> Council Members as a whole are in support of the nomination.
