Hawaii County Clerk 11/27/2019 10:09:08 AM <br />PRC -3 December 3, 2019 <br />ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br />Res. 425-19: AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH <br />SPECTRUM OCEANIC, LLC, TO ALLOW SPECTRUM OCEANIC, LLC, TO <br />ACCESS COUNTY OF HAWAII PARKS FACILITIES LOCATED ON THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII, FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />INSTALLING WIFI EQUIPMENT <br />The agreement would allow Spectrum to install and maintain free Wi-Fi service to the <br />public for up to one hour per day at six facilities. <br />Reference: Comm. 643 <br />Intr. by: Ms. Poindexter <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Note: B/R, when listed next to the name of an Introducer, signifies that the Council Member has agreed to <br />introduce legislation "By Request" on behalf of the requesting party. It does not necessarily signify <br />support of or opposition to the proposal. <br />If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, call 961-8255 as soon as <br />possible, preferably by November 29, 2019.
