r,;iii:;:if;Thi;s:', <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII I4A *) STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ,rE,-OF� . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 456 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE A STOVE FOR THE PAHALA <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division, plans, <br /> conducts, arranges, and promotes organized recreation and athletic activities for all age groups at <br /> recreation centers and facilities throughout the County of Hawai`i; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation rents its facilities for community <br /> events and would like to improve Pahala Community Center by installing a new stove, which <br /> would benefit the community and possibly increase rentals; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase a <br /> stove for the Pahala Community Center; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase a stove for the Pahala Community Center. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $700 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $700 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $700 <br /> Recreation Division Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
