This additional appropriation will be used for land acquisition and the beginning <br /> phases of planning, design and construction. <br /> The Mass Transit Agency requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and be <br /> placed on the January 8, 2020 Council agenda in order to expedite the availability of funding for <br /> this project.
