Aguiar for <br /> reappointment to the Board of Appeals. <br /> The Council recently confirmed Ms. Aguiar on November 20, 2019 with-an expiration <br /> date of December 31, 2019. She is now eligible to serve a full term that would expire on <br /> December 31, 2024. <br /> According to the-report led by your Committee on Planning, several committee <br /> members offered favorable comments about Ms. Aguiar after hearing her original <br /> nomination. <br /> As noted previously, Ms. Aguiar was born and raised in Hawaii' and she indicates that <br /> she is not affiliated with any political party. <br /> Due to the needs of the Board, I respectfully ask that this nomination be waived through <br /> Committee and placed on the full Council agenda of January-8, 2020. <br /> Your continued favorable confirmation is requested.
