Ms. Springer 3 <br /> is retired from the County of Hawaii in 2012 after more than 25 years of service. She currently <br /> works part-time for Kamehameha Schools Hawaii campus. She was a volunteer for the Visitor <br /> Aloha Society of Hawaii and member of the Aloha Exchange Club of East Hawaii. <br /> I <br /> Ms. Springer thanks the Council for the opportunity to serve. <br /> 1 <br /> Council Member Susan Lee Loy states per Rule No. 11 of the Rules of Procedure and <br /> Organization, that she will not be voting on this matter. The remaining Council Members are in <br /> support of the nomination.
