No. 687/Bill No. 128 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 11:10 a .m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 128,reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 128, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 687 dated <br /> December 20, 2019, amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants—Nutrition Services Incentive Program account <br /> ($20,000); and appropriates the same to the Nutrition Services Incentive Program account,bringing the <br /> total appropriation to $120,000.
