That in no event shall the County pay Special Counsel more than a <br /> total of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($300,000.00) for <br /> professional legal services rendered to the County, unless this agreement is amended <br /> by the parties hereto, in writing. <br /> F. That Special Counsel will keep an accurate account of all time <br /> devoted to and spent in connection with such matters as may be or may have been <br /> assigned to Special Counsel by the Department of Human Resources, Health & Safety <br /> Division, Worker's Compensation Branch and will submit the same on the last day of <br /> each month hereafter to the Department of Human Resources, Health & Safety <br /> Division, Workers' Compensation Branch together with the Special Counsel's bill for <br /> such services rendered, with the proper certification, until such time as the Special <br /> Counsel's services are terminated. <br /> On the last page of each billing, Special Counsel shall verify by notarized <br /> statement that all expenses, charges and hours listed are a true and an accurate <br /> reflection of time and resources spent in providing professional legal services to the <br /> County. <br /> G. That Special Counsel shall evaluate, recommend and pursue any <br /> overpayments, attorney's fees and costs from opposing parties, or other parties, under <br />
