He is now eligible to serve a full 5-year term that <br /> would expire on December 31, 2024. According to the report led by your Committee on <br /> Public Safety, several committee members offered favorable comments about Mr. <br /> Quartararo after hearing his original nomination. <br /> As noted previously, Mr. Quartararo is a member of the Democratic Party. <br /> Due to the needs of the Board, I respectfully ask that this nomination be waived through <br /> Committee and placed on the full Council agenda of February 5, 2020. 1 further request <br /> that Mr. Quartararo's appearance also be waived as he previously appeared before <br /> Council on November 5, 2019. <br /> Your continued favorable confirmation is requested.
