STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 'tE'OF• .. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 484 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AN OUTDOOR, MULTI-PURPOSE <br /> SCOREBOARD FOR THE ARTHUR C. GREENWELL PARK IN SOUTH KONA. <br /> WHEREAS, the Arthur C. Greenwell Park is in need of a new outdoor, multi-purpose <br /> scoreboard for sports-related activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current scoreboard is beyond repair and a replacement is needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds to purchase an <br /> outdoor, multi-purpose scoreboard that will greatly benefit the community; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase an outdoor, multi-purpose scoreboard for the Arthur C. <br /> Greenwell Park in South Kona. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $4,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $4,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $4,000 <br /> Recreation Division Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
