No. 713/13ill No. 133 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 1:05 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 133, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 133, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 713 dated <br /> January 16, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County <br /> of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants—Housing Choice Voucher Program account <br /> ($48,101); and appropriates the same to the Voucher Rental Subsidies account, for a total appropriation <br /> of$18,577,430.
