(A) Protection of the public from the potentially deleterious effects of <br /> the proposed use, or <br /> (B) Fulfillment of the need for public service demands created by the <br /> proposed use. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> A. The applicant(s), its successors or assigns shall be responsible for complying with <br /> all of the stated conditions of approval. <br /> B. The applicant shall submit the anticipated maximum daily water usage <br /> calculations, as recommended by a registered engineer,to the Department of <br /> Water Supply, and secure water commitments in accordance with the "Water <br /> Commitment Guidelines Policy", within one hundred and eighty (180) days from <br /> the effective date of this ordinance. <br /> C. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant shall extend <br /> approximately 260 lineal feet of 8-inch waterline from the existing 8-inch <br /> waterline within Kapi`olani Road to the subject property, provide prevailing <br /> facilities charge(s), service lateral(s) and water meter(s), and any other water <br /> system improvements as required by the Department of Water Supply to provide <br /> County water to the proposed development. <br /> i <br /> D.
