Should the existing sewer system in Huatalai Street require upgrading <br /> due to development of the property, the applicant shall bear the cost of the <br /> upgrade. Additionally, the applicant shall install sewer lines within the <br /> 3 <br /> i <br /> development to connect with the County's sewer system,meeting with the <br /> approval of the Department of Environmental Management, prior to the issuance <br /> of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> M. A Solid Waste Management Plan shall be submitted to the Department of <br /> Environmental Management for review and approval prior to the issuance of Final <br /> Plan Approval, <br /> 3 <br /> N. Should any remains of historic sites, such as rock walls, terraces,platforms, <br /> marine shell concentrations or human burials, be encountered, work in the <br /> immediate area shall cease and the Department of Land and Natural Resources- <br /> State historic Preservation Division (DLNR-SIIPD) shall be immediately <br /> notified.
