Chung, Chair <br /> And Members of the Hawaii County Council <br /> From: Rebecca Villegas, Council Member <br /> District 7 <br /> Re: Reports attendance of Council Members at the Hawaii Island Executive Change <br /> Summit on March 3, 2020 at the Mauna Lani Resort <br /> In accordance with HRS § 92-2.5(e), I am reporting the attendance of Council Members Susan <br /> Lee Loy,Ashley Kierkiewicz, and myself at the Hawaii Island Executive Change Summit held <br /> at the Mauna Lani Resort on March 3, 2020. <br /> The Hawaii Island Executive Change Summit is comprised of a group of leaders from all <br /> sectors committed to driving collective action to address our community's toughest challenges <br /> and focuses on making our island a better place. <br /> HRS Section 92-2.5(e)provides that two or more members of a board, but less than a quorum, <br /> may attend an informational meeting or presentation on matters relating to official board <br /> business, including a meeting of another entity, legislative hearing, convention, seminar, or <br /> community meeting; provided that the meeting or presentation is not specifically and exclusively <br /> organized for or directed toward members of the board.
