BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Human Resources Department has had an increase in workload without an increase in staffing. As <br /> departments increase their operations, those actions incerase the work flow through the Department of <br /> Human Resources. Division Heads have taken on many of the clerical duties. We are requesting a Clerk III <br /> position to provide clerical support to our divisions, which will allow our Division Heads to focus on higher <br /> level projects and assignments.The additional clerical support will increase the efficiency of our operations <br /> and service to the departments and public. <br /> SIGNED: '"— „/' _�_.
