REPORT OF THE <br /> COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> DATE: March 10, 2020 Re: Comm.No. 792/Bill No. 148 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill 148, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 148,transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 792 dated <br /> February 21, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 19-74, as amended, relating to publicimprovements and <br /> financing thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill adds the Public Works Mamalahoa Highway Resurfacing- Hohola to Kekehau project for <br /> $3 million to the Capital Budget.
