i <br /> i <br /> OJµyV OF it <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII :t STATE OF HAWAII <br /> `+Nuri <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 549 20 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES <br /> FOR THE COMMUNITY CENTERS IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 1. <br /> WHEREAS,the Department of Parks and Recreation, Recreation Division,provides a <br /> diversified recreation program that addresses the needs and interests of the respective <br /> communities in a safe environment with zero tolerance for illegal drugs and violence; and <br /> WHEREAS, the community centers in Council District 1 are heavily used by the <br /> community for recreational activities and public events; and <br /> i <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation would like to improve its services <br /> to the community and is requesting funds to purchase miscellaneous equipment and supplies for <br /> the community centers in Council District 1; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase miscellaneous equipment and supplies for the community <br /> centers in Council District 1. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $3,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $3,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $3,000 <br /> Recreation Div Equip <br /> 480 Misc.
