Additional <br /> program income funds in the amount of$80,000 is anticipated to be collected. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating these <br /> additional funds to OHCD's Home Program—Program Income account bringing the total <br /> appropriation to $130,000. This additional program income will be in the form of loan repayments <br /> for the OHCD's TBRA program. <br /> This bill is being submitted concurrently with a bill to appropriate funds from the Community <br /> Development Block Grant(CDBG). Also being submitted concurrently with this and the other bill <br /> is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to execute and submit the 2020 County of Hawai`i Action <br /> Plans.
