This appropriation reflects the <br /> funding allocations anticipated from the U.S. Department of Housing and Community <br /> Development (HUD) for the Program Year(PY) 2020. The bill sets up the proper <br /> accounts to receive and expend the CDBG funds. <br /> This bill is being submitted concurrently with a bill to appropriate funds from the HOME <br /> Investment Partnerships Program(HOME). Also being submitted concurrently with this <br /> and the other bill is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to execute and submit the 2020 <br /> County of Hawai`i Action Plans.
