No. 817/13ill No. 152 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawaibi <br /> TIME: 11:40 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council a <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> 1 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 152, reports as follows: <br /> I <br /> a <br /> Bill No. 152, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 817 dated <br /> March 6, 2020, amends Ordinance No. 19-73, as amended,the Operating Budget for the County of <br /> Hawaii for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2020. <br /> This bill increases revenues in the Federal Grants—Housing Choice Voucher Program account <br /> ($650,000); and appropriates the same to the Voucher Rental Subsidies account, for a total appropriation <br /> of$19,227,430.
