Edition. The proposed amendment is illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the
contents of Bill No. 179. Material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; new material is
underscored.
This proposed amendment would amend SECTION 14 of Bill No. 179 to read as follows:
"SECTION 14. When amendments to the International Building Code, 2006
Edition, the National Electrical Code, 2017 Edition, the International Energy
Conservation Code, 2015 Edition, and the Uniform Plumbing Code, [2006] 2012
underscored, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material, and underscoring need not
be included when this ordinance is printed."
Due to the extensive length of Bill No. 179 and the limited scope of these proposed amendments,
a copy of the revised draft of this bill that would result if these proposed amendments are
adopted is not attached.
