Hawai`i County Charter Commission -9 March 8, 2019 <br />CHR. ADAMS: Thank you. Seeing no other testifiers from the public, we will <br />then move on to approval of minutes of February 2019, I move to obtain a motion <br />to approve those minutes. <br />MS. ZELKO-SCHLUETER: So moved. <br />CHR. ADAMS: I am sorry (inaudible). <br />MR. HENRICKS: Thank you. <br />CHR. ADAMS: It has been moved by Commissioner Zelko-Schlueter. Is there a <br />second? <br />MS. RICE: Second. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Seconded by Commissioner Rice. Is there any discussion on the <br />February 8, 2019 minutes? Seeing no discussion all in favor of the motion please <br />signify by saying "aye" (aye). Any opposed? The motion passes 10-0 with <br />Commissioner Hopkins excused. <br />Vote on Motion Commissioner Zelko-Schlueter moved to approve the <br />To Approve Minutes: minutes of January 25, 2019. Seconded by Commissioner <br />(Approved) Rice and carried by the following voice vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Bergin, Galimba, Hamano, <br />Rice, Roehrig, Saquing, Springer, Todd, <br />Zelko-Schlueter, and Chair Adams —10 <br />Noes: None. <br />Absent: Commissioners Hopkins - 1 <br />Excused: None. <br />CHR. ADAMS: At this point I would just like to ask a question that was raised to <br />us by our Commission Secretary. We receive in our hard copy, we receive in the <br />green folder, we get a hard copy of the minutes. Is that something that you all <br />would like to continue having that is really the question, so needed or not needed? <br />MS. ZELKO-SCHLUETER: I do use it. I refer back to it during meetings. I find <br />those minutes to be very helpful. Thank you. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Okay.
