ADAMS: Welcome to the Hawai`i County Charter Commission's Public <br />Hearing in Ka`u. As soon as I can get our County Clerk. Welcome to the <br />Hawai`i County Charter Commission's Public Hearing in Ka'u. I would ask you <br />to please silence your coms devices. I am convening this hearing at 5:04 p.m. on <br />Friday, March 29th, 2019. This hearing will be recorded for the purpose of <br />developing minutes that will be available on the Commission's website. The <br />purpose of this hearing is to receive testimony from the public regarding the work <br />of the Charter Commission to include proposed Charter Amendments that have <br />achieved first reading status. <br />
