ADAMS: Welcome to the Hawai`i County Charter Commission's Public <br />Hearing in Kona. I would ask you please to silence any communications devices <br />that you have. I am convening this hearing at 5:02 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3rd, <br />2019. This hearing will be recorded for the purpose of developing minutes that <br />will be available on the Commission's website. The purpose of this hearing is to <br />receive testimony from the public regarding the work of the Charter Commission <br />to include proposed Charter Amendments that have achieved first reading status. <br />
