Public Testimony <br />No Public Testimony <br />No Public attendance. <br />on Agenda Items. <br />5. New Business <br />a. Pam Cabrera of Hawaii Disability <br />Pam gave her presentation to the <br />Rights in attendance from Honolulu Office. <br />Committee. She explained that <br />she is the advocate for the Island <br />of Hawaii and her focus is any <br />legality issues regarding <br />Housing, and voting. They help <br />educate their clients with <br />disabilities how to vote. Pam <br />helps with Advanced Health <br />Care directives and emergency <br />preparedness on the Big Island <br />for people with disabilities. <br />b. Sub Committee Reports <br />Committee member Susan <br />Shirachi reported that she met <br />with Denise Oguma from HOPE <br />Services regarding affordable <br />rental housing and ABLE <br />Accounts. (See attachments) <br />Committee Member Linda <br />Gonzales reported on illegal <br />parking.
