NEW BUSINESS <br />➢ Report from commissioners who attended the various Community Development <br />Plan Committee meetings in respective districts <br />➢ Commissioners to review and revise the Assessment Criteria Form and discuss <br />the scoring mechanism on how they base their assessment <br />➢ Discuss proposed bill to amend Chapter 2, Article 42, Hawaii County Code <br />1983 (2005 Edition), Sections 2- 217 and 2- 218 relating to the Public Access, <br />Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Fund <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />➢ The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 13, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., in the <br />Department of Liquor Control Meeting Room at the West Hawaii Civic Center, <br />74- 5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Bldg.
