DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE REPORT <br />Property Manager Ken Van Bergen will answer any questions from the commissioners <br />regarding the Commission's budget or any other financial matters. <br />OFFICE OF THE CORPORATION COUNSEL'S REPORT <br />Deputy Corporation Counsel William Brilhante to provide comments and /or information <br />relating to matters of concern to the Commission. <br />CHAIRPERSON'S REPORT <br />Chairperson Marilyn Nicholson to provide comments and /or information relating to <br />matters of concern to the Commission. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Sunshine Law Training Powerpoint Presentation by Deputy Corporation Counsel <br />William Brilhante <br />Commission to discuss with Property Manager Ken Van Bergen on what happens <br />to past properties on the prioritized list that are no longer available for sale or <br />have been developed or sold and if so is there a way to remove properties from <br />the prioritized list <br />Commission to discuss deed restrictions for properties acquired with <br />monies from the 2% fund <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, July 8, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the <br />Hawaii County Building, Puna Conference Room, 25 Aupuni Street, Suite #1501, <br />Hilo, Hawaii - <br />➢ Set agenda for Monday, July 8, 2013 <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />NOTE: If you require an accommodation or auxiliary aid and /or services to participate in this <br />meeting (i.e., sign language interpreter,, large print, etc.) please call 961- 8069. <br />If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawai'i County Clerk within five days of <br />becoming a lobbyist. {Article15, Section 2- 91.3(b), Hawaii County Code} A lobbyist means, <br />"any individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any <br />month or $275 in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or <br />administrative action by communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." <br />{Article 15, Section 2- 91.3(a)(6), Hawai'i County Code} Registration forms and expenditure <br />report documents are available at the Office of the County Clerk - Council, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, <br />Hawai'i 96720. <br />
