Kona Mayor's Office, West Hawaii Civic Center, 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway, Building B (Members Marcia Brinkley, Garaile Brulee-Wilson, Antonio Gaspar, and Minoru Hanato will be participating from the Kona Mayor's Office.)
