Mr. Goodenow: <br />Ms. Sumner -Mack: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: <br />Ms. Hirayama: <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Yoshimoto: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Robinson: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Well that's what we can move a date of the next meeting...move it <br />before executive session I guess...I mean it will be on the written <br />agenda... <br />I just don't know who comes up with the agenda and I just thought <br />how...wondered how difficult it would be to change the <br />order...just so it happens without having to discuss it... <br />Well the reason we had to discuss it was every time we selected <br />the next meeting...if it wasn't the second Wednesday...we'd have <br />to suspend the rules...but we've already done that for the whole <br />year... <br />Right...and.. . <br />There's only date up to June...June 10...that was the last one that <br />you guys did at the last meeting. <br />And part of the rational of having the announcement at the end of <br />the agenda is because it's at that point that you know what you <br />need to do...in other words sometimes depending on what you do <br />during the meeting...you may want to modify or change that <br />date... <br />Make it earlier... <br />But if you want to do it at the beginning that's fine just knowing <br />that...that's you know you're locked in...which is okay to...so <br />that's fine if you want to do that... <br />Right and I suppose it even...for example...March 11 we might <br />want to have changed it based on the meeting so I guess we should <br />leave the discussion in as well just in case... <br />So our new member will be here next time? <br />Yes... <br />And who is that new member? <br />Well they haven't been confirmed yet but...we have inside <br />information by Ms. Sumner -Mack about this person....it could <br />come under announcements I guess... <br />16 <br />
