CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Bennett called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MARCH 27, 2019 <br /> <br /> Motion and second: Vice Chair Olson moved to approve the minutes and <br />Commissioner Gaffney seconded the motion. <br /> <br /> Discussion: Commissioner Pequeño asked if the names of others present at the <br />meeting could be added rather than saying “several others,” but the secretary said it is not <br />required that people sign in or provide their names if they are not testifying. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Pequeño asked for clarification on page 10, where it said “They had a <br />meeting in Pāhala . . .” He wanted it specified who “they” were (the department and <br />consultants from Brown & Caldwell). <br /> <br />
