Director Kucharski said unless the vehicle is not on a roadway or is <br />more than 10 feet on someone’s private property, the police are the ones who have to ticket <br />it to get it into the system. He said if Commissioner Pequeño can give him more <br />information on the vehicle, he will provide it to his AV people to check on. <br /> <br /> Commissioner Gaffney asked if there was any update on what appeared to be a <br />sewage leak off Aliʻi Drive that former Commissioner Fear had pointed out. Director <br />Kucharski said he had not heard back from the DOH on it, but he would check with them <br />again. <br /> <br />7.
