<br />Pat'z Pies L.L.C., dba Pat'z Pies L.L.C., to its Restaurant General liquor license,
<br />Category B1, located at 82-6127 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite 2, Captain Cook,
<br />Hawaii.
<br />4. Waikoloa Village Lessee LLC, dba Hilton Waikoloa Village, acceptance of
<br />notice of organizational restructuring, effective April 26, 2019, with the creation
<br />of PK Domestic Lessee LLC, as sole member and Managing Member of
<br />Waikoloa Village Lessee LLC, dba Hilton Waikoloa Village.
<br />5. WHR LLC, dba Grand Naniloa Hotel, A Doubletree by Hilton, pursuant to
<br />Rule 4-2-M of the Rules and Regulations of the Liquor Commission of the
<br />Department of Liquor Control of the County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, requests
<br />approval to extend the time issuance of the Hotel liquor license that includes the
<br />parcel known as the Naniloa Golf Course, TMK: 2-1-001:012, with the exclusion
<br />of the parking lot, for an additional six months from May 3, 2019, to and including
<br />November 3, 2019, by letter dated May 3, 2019.

<br />and Affidavit for Fumihiko Nagamatsu, Director, to its Retail General liquor licenses.
<br />7. The Club at Hokuli`a, Inc., dba Club at Hokuli`a (The), ratification of Application
<br />for Reduction in Licensed Premises to one office space and one storage room,
<br />located at 81-6636 Pu`u Ohau Place, Kealakekua, Hawaii, TMK: 8-1-004:085,
<br />to its Club liquor license, approved by Director Gerald Takase on May 14, 2019.
<br />8. The Club at Hokuli`a, Inc., dba Club at Hokuli`a (The), ratification of Application
<br />for Alteration Permit to the golf shop building which will has been relocated to its
<br />current location next to the new Administration Building, and re -purposed as a
<br />sales gallery, located at 81-6636 Pu`u Ohau Place, Kealakekua, Hawaii, to its
<br />Club liquor license, approved by Director Gerald Takase on May 17, 2019.
<br />9. Masaki Miyazawa, ratification of Application for Solicitor's Permit for Wismettac
<br />Asian Foods, Inc. pursuant to Rule 3-2-D-4 of the Liquor Commission's Rules and
<br />Regulations, submitted on May 9, 2019, approved by Director Gerald Takase on
<br />May 14, 2019.
<br />10. MNS, Ltd., dba ABC Store #62, Kona Inn Shopping Village, ABC Store #63,
<br />75-5703-C Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona, ABC Store #71, Courtyard by Marriott
<br />King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, and ABC Store #75, Coconut Grove
<br />Marketplace, requests acceptance of the notice of change of officer and director
<br />with the retirement of David Awaya, Vice President/Director, effective April 30, 2019,
<br />to its Retail General liquor licenses.
