Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Riley Smith at 10:14 A.M., in the Meeting <br />Room, Department of Liquor Control, Hilo Lagoon centre, 101 Aupuni Street, Unit 230, Hilo, <br />Hawaii. <br />The following were present and constituted a quorum: <br />Board Members: Riley Smith, Vice chair <br />Dwayne Mukai, Board Member <br />Art Taniguchi, Board Member <br />Absent and Excused: Geraldine Giffin, chair <br />Andi Pawasarat, Board Member <br />Others Present: Brandon Gonzalez, Administrative officer <br />Renee Schoen, Assistant corporation counsel <br />(Department/Prosecutor) <br />Craig Masuda, Deputy Corporation Counsel (Board) <br />Dorsi Lim, Secretary to the Board & commission <br />Smith: Can we introduce ourselves, please? <br />Taniguchi: Art Taniguchi, Board Member. <br />Mukai: Dwayne Mukai, Board Member. <br />Smith: Riley Smith, Board Member and Vice Chair. <br />Masuda: Craig Masuda, Board counsel. <br />Lim: Dorsi Lim, Secretary. <br />Schoen: Renee Schoen, Assistant Corporation Counsel. <br />Gonzalez: Good morning.
